First and last time we would visit this Nando's. If you'd like to enjoy your chicken with a side of extra protein, and by this I mean flies, then this is where you would go. The flies were everywhere. Probably stemming from the shared toilets with Tesco, which were in such a state, possibly attracting the flies but the restaurant did nothing to solve this problem. They were crawling on the tables, backs of chairs, just flying around waiting for a feed. We asked for chicken skin to be removed from the butterfly chicken, apparently this wasn't able to be done, despite other Nando's doing this without a problem. They wouldn't cater for this preference without a manager who said she would do it on this one occasion but if we were to ever return, it wouldn't be done again. Nice and welcoming. I've emailed Nando's head office for clarification on this.

I'm a regular at this Nandos and there's a reason I keep coming back — the incredible service. Every member of the team here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and it's this consistent warmth and professionalism that truly sets this branch apart. Avoid this Nando’s branch! I had to send my meal back twice—just take a look at the pictures. The customer service was shockingly bad, and I ended up asking for a refund. Instead of enjoying a proper meal, I had to grab a Tesco meal deal to save the evening. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

My food was sitting there in self heat for around 5 to 8 mins and all the stuff walking around here n there not giving on table the time is 7:37 atm now I have to get up and tell the lady for how long food will be here I swear need to be make sure stuff work instead of just hanging around talking to each other this time I had really bad experience maybe the manager is not here and all the staff is just talking talking talking to each other this use to be my fav place to come but guess what not any more

Terrible terrible terrible. Bad service overall. Manger unreasonable. Staff clueless.
