I recently visited Nando’s in Kilburn—one of my favourite places—and had an amazing experience! We were greeted straight away by Shayanne, who was unbelievably polite and seated us quickly. Zara at the till was brilliant, and Sara made sure we were well looked after. Even the security guard was wonderful—very caring and polite. The whole team has fantastic manners and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant and toilets were spotless—much cleaner than some other Nando’s I’ve visited. The food was outstanding (as always)! I’m a regular at Nando’s Enfield and other halal branches, but Kilburn tops them all—the food is consistently delicious and never dry. I have to give this place a solid 10/10 for both food and service. It would be very hard to beat the level of care and hospitality here. Hats off to the whole team—well done!

Never had an issue when eating in but today i got a Deliveroo order and they sent me uncooked chicken. Literally RAW INSIDE ! I am absolutely disgusted and to make it worse this was a KIDS MEAL for my child!!! Food hygiene have been contacted !
