I visited Nando’s today with my three daughters and we had such a lovely, warm, and comfortable experience. The atmosphere was great and the staff were all amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, one person who truly stood out was Amjad. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, which really made our visit extra special. I’d also like to mention Michael, the exceptional manager, who clearly runs the team brilliantly. But Amjad’s kindness and professionalism really deserve recognition — he’s an absolute credit to Nando’s. We’ll definitely be coming more often now, and I’ll be leaving a review on both the Nando’s website and Google to make sure his efforts are appreciated. Exceptional service like his truly makes a difference! Nandos Kilburn is the best!!!!

Ordered takeaway, nice long hair in the loaded fries for me to enjoy, and to my surprise, a worm (yes a worm) in the box of my chicken wrap! Couldn’t believe my eyes, in the picture below, my little worm friend is in two pieces and dead as I had to break in half to make sure! Really unapologetic manager, who upon me questioning him as to he’s practises, he replied “it’s not my store” and then proceeded to lie and tell me he was closing the restaurant so had to leave the conversation at 20:57 when the store indeed closes at sometime past 22:00. Obviously unhygienic chefs in the wrong protective clothing, and boxes probably left out the back somewhere on the floor for my friend the worm to wriggle inside! Hope he enjoyed the wrap because I for sure didn’t eat it 😀🪱 Probably safe to assume I won’t be ordering from the Kilburn store again. Hopefully nobody reading this does either.

Hi, I have been to Kilburn Nandos with my family last Friday evening. I was very disappointed in terms of the manager service. My order has been cancelled in the middle of ordering food which manager of the branch told the present staff to cancel and direct me to the next till due to businesses in the orders. I was completely distress with the poor management skill of how the costumer has been treated.

Absolutely disgusting!!! 🤬🤬 I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. *this isn’t the first time but I chose to ignore it* Despite clearly communicating a request after placing my order, it was completely ignored. To make matters worse, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes, only to find everything burnt and nothing fresh. God knows where my food had been before it got delivered to me. When I reached out to speak with the manager, they couldn't refute the issue, acknowledging their mistake. It is evident that they prioritize in-store customers over takeaway orders, which is unacceptable. Immediate changes are necessary to prevent instances like these that could potentially lead to food poisoning.

The wings were undercooked and I had to ask for the wings to be properly cooked again. The chips and sauces were fantastic as usual. The service was great but the restaurant felt cold as doors were opened on both sides of the restaurant. I will come back if I’m in the area.
