I had such a fantastic experience at Nando’s thanks to Aaliyah! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Throughout our meal, her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. She checked in just the right amount, made sure everything was perfect, and even went out of her way to accommodate our requests. It’s rare to see someone combine professionalism and personality so effortlessly, but Aaliyah did exactly that. She turned what could have been a regular meal into such a positive and memorable experience. Huge thanks to Aaliyah for her exceptional service she’s a real credit to the Nando’s team!

I visited Nando’s today with my three daughters and we had such a lovely, warm, and comfortable experience. The atmosphere was great and the staff were all amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, one person who truly stood out was Amjad. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, he was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, which really made our visit extra special. I’d also like to mention Michael, the exceptional manager, who clearly runs the team brilliantly. But Amjad’s kindness and professionalism really deserve recognition — he’s an absolute credit to Nando’s. We’ll definitely be coming more often now, and I’ll be leaving a review on both the Nando’s website and Google to make sure his efforts are appreciated. Exceptional service like his truly makes a difference! Nandos Kilburn is the best!!!!

Was out of the area. Starving on a rainy cold evening. Bumped into a Nandos in Kilburn. Got the best service from an absolutely wonderful; helpful and polite server called Aaliyah. Food and service were absolutely top notch. The best Nando’s I’ve been to. All the staff were helpful. Recommend highly.
