Ordered from Nando’s Hounslow via Deliveroo on 08/01/2026. The chicken was undercooked and pink inside and had a fishy taste. I stopped eating immediately once I noticed. I am pregnant, so this was extremely concerning. Another person with me had already eaten her wrap in full before we realised the chicken was not properly cooked. When I called the restaurant to report this, the staff member was rude and dismissive, and the manager made a comment suggesting they had “their backs covered” when I said I would escalate the issue. This response was as worrying as the food itself. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious food safety risk, and the lack of accountability shown was unacceptable. This matter has been escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Very good staff. We been there for 7plus years and mama is still going strong. Great service every time we go. Sad that I broke my loaded fries plates that I got as a gift. And we always ask for extra sauce which is super.

Very nice food .. Mainly their Famous Chicken Liver ( have it hot & you’ll re-order ) .. Tried the new chicken rap, it was ok. The ladies did a very good job welcoming everyone & mastered the service level, Welldone.

Mama Dafi served us and was very warm, welcoming and friendly. Our local Nandos always a lovely atmosphere and food/ service doesn’t miss

Been here a few times, attentive service, good food, African peri-peri sauce available, prices are on the high side. Can get very busy during dinner time.
