I went to your place last night to have dinner and I was surprised how good the dish looked but the taste left me wanting, it had a burnt taste, the chicken was not crispy, as I told the one I ordered to be crispy not burnt, the puree was ok and the potatoes and corn. I don't think I'll cross the threshold again, I'll have to think about it.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. The person seating us seemed irritated and rushed through an awkward explanation of “how Nando’s works,” speaking to us like we were a problem. He even finished by saying, “I’ve told you everything, right? You agree?” which felt really uncomfortable and unnecessary. It honestly came across like they thought we were mystery shoppers, and were just trying to tick boxes. We ordered, sat down, and shockingly, the food arrived within seconds — which immediately raised red flags. When we tried it, it was stone cold. We informed a staff member who took it away, but just a couple of minutes later it came back... still cold. We brought it up again, and this time the staff member just said “Oh, okay,” and walked off. No apology. No solution. Just completely indifferent. The service was dismissive, the food was clearly not fresh, and no one took any responsibility. I’ve never had such a poor experience at any Nando’s before. Absolutely shocking.

Nando’s Barking has officially become my go-to spot on the weekends. This branch has such a calm, chilled vibe that makes it perfect for winding down. The staff are always lovely and super attentive — Neil especially deserves a mention for always going the extra mile. It’s rare to find someone that genuinely cares and makes the experience feel personal. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re after good food and even better service.

I have been to this Nandos a few times. The interior design is nice, it's also spacious and perfect for a large group of family and friends. It's very close to the station which is convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was outstanding once again. The chicken was nicely done and all the sauces were available. Would highly recommend.
