Cannot thank Simon and his team enough for the service they gave to my family and I. From the moment we walked in, till we left. Everyone was pleasant. I didn’t realise one of the members of staff was on lunch and she still was happy to help me. Wishing this team the happiest of New Years and hope Nando’s recognise this branch as one of its best!!

Visit this branch once a week as some kind of ritual. Its less for the food and more for the experience. I have been to branches all over the UK and this one always comes out on top. I have to travel a fair bit to get to this branch but their service, food and cleanliness is top notch. Also the only nandos that does not blast blaring music - not everyone is a music lover (note to other branches). The manager is the kindest person I have come across and treats his colleagues with such respect. No wonder the staff are always on top of their game. Big thank you!

Taylor was exceptional! I've never had customer service like it in quite a while. He was always checking up on us, asking how our food was, taking away any plates so we were able to enjoy the rest of our food without scraps on our table. He was lovely and so polite. 10/10 service from Taylor!! :)

Upon arrival, the unique ordering system caught our attention - a simple scan of the QR code. Your order is placed, leaving you to eagerly anticipate the arrival of your meal. It's worth noting that you'll need to collect utensils and napkins from the central area, adding a touch of interactive charm to the dining experience. Once our food arrived, we were all thoroughly impressed. Opting for a meal for two, the portions were generous and the flavors were exquisite. However, the true highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dessert. A decadent chocolate soft cake, served warm and accompanied by velvety ice cream, left us all craving for more. The service was exemplary - swift, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. Each staff member wore a smile, enhancing the overall atmosphere of hospitality. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nando's for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience with family and friends. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, I suggest either a leisurely stroll or a short ride on the underground, just a block or two away. Overall, our experience at Nando's was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm confident it will be the highlight of your group's culinary adventures as well.
