Taylor was exceptional! I've never had customer service like it in quite a while. He was always checking up on us, asking how our food was, taking away any plates so we were able to enjoy the rest of our food without scraps on our table. He was lovely and so polite. 10/10 service from Taylor!! :)

I’m not sure if this is the right location. I didn’t realize there were so many close to where we were staying. But I’m sure my comments hold true for all. Last evening, our family of six ventured to Nando's for the first time, and it was an absolute delight. Accompanied by my nephew and niece, the experience was memorable from start to finish. Upon arrival, the unique ordering system caught our attention - a simple scan of the QR code. Your order is placed, leaving you to eagerly anticipate the arrival of your meal. It's worth noting that you'll need to collect utensils and napkins from the central area, adding a touch of interactive charm to the dining experience. Once our food arrived, we were all thoroughly impressed. Opting for a meal for two, the portions were generous and the flavors were exquisite. However, the true highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dessert. A decadent chocolate soft cake, served warm and accompanied by velvety ice cream, left us all craving for more. The service was exemplary - swift, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. Each staff member wore a smile, enhancing the overall atmosphere of hospitality. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nando's for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience with family and friends. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, I suggest either a leisurely stroll or a short ride on the underground, just a block or two away. Overall, our experience at Nando's was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm confident it will be the highlight of your group's culinary adventures as well.

The food was amazing. The chicken was cooked well. Juicy & succulent inside, not dry at all. Grilled to perfection. I love the chicken liver that just melts in the mouth. Also tried the new Pimenta sauce, mild flavour with peri peri, pink peppercorn & sumac. Love the peri peri sauces on the side with garlic bread & fries. It was a great treat and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was buzzing on Sunday night and we were able to get the table. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. 😊

Simon and Zeno are the best! We had an unexpected situation during our recent visit to Nando's when our niece suddenly felt unwell and was sick on the floor. It was an embarrassing moment for us, but we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff especially Simon and Zeno the managers on duty. Instead of making us feel awkward or uncomfortable, they were incredibly understanding, compassionate, and genuinely happy to help. They reassured us that it was absolutely okay and swiftly took care of everything with no fuss at all. What really touched us was that they even offered us fresh food to take home as a takeaway, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It’s not every day you experience this level of empathy and care from a restaurant team, and we’re truly grateful. Thank you, Simon and team, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a reminder of how wonderful people can be. We’ll definitely be back soon, not just for the great food, but because of the fantastic people who work there!

I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Juppe was absolutely excellent – super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's not every day you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Juppe, for making our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
