Brisket Bar- E.Ldn

So I finally got the chance to visit brisket bar after seeing them on here for so long! And basically it’s a dark kitchen on Mile End road & you gotta go through this alley looking thing but it’s a drive through & there’s a snooker place right in front of you once you drive in. 

Anyways I got the brisket bun but didn’t know it came with a meal so the chips personally I’m not a fan of these really thicc chips but these were okay, however the sauce pot isn’t enough for the chips you defo need to get another 2/3. The other sauce which was like a sweet chilli or something I can’t remember now but that I wasn’t a fan of as I’m not a fan of sweet sauces in general but the other chipotle sauce I think it was, much better & wish I had more of it. 

Now the brisket bun, the brisket was very juicy & tender, didn’t know it came with gherkins so removed them, and the crispy onions was a good touch would defo recommend getting extra dash of those, however I do feel like if there was a diff sauce to use in the bun that has something unique to compliment the brisket to take it to another level as I genuinely do think it has very good potential compared to the ones I’ve had. But also they are quite generous with how much brisket they put inside which is a plus! Not stingy at all.
