YORI Korean BBQ Restaurant (King's Cross)

I visited Yori and tried the beef selection, and it was outstanding. The meat was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, with each cut prepared and cooked to perfection. The whole experience was truly enjoyable, and Yori is definitely one of the best places in London for authentic Korean barbecue. Highly recommended for all beef lovers!

Overall I would not go there again. Yori barbecue selection was fine to share for 2 people and it came with some small garnishes (3 types: onions, cucumber and radish), as well as some salad. It did not even come with rice or any sauces. Most of the meat was not marinated and the quality of the meat was basic, so it was chewy and did not have any special taste. They loaded the meat selection with cheap chicken but only put two shrimps. The place itself was not very clean - the chairs were sticky, and the table was stainy. The pot you cook on of course emits a lot of small droplets and smell and by the end of the evening you clothes will completely soak the smell. That could potentially be a nicer experience with the real charcoal but they only have electric pot. The staff were nice

I've been to 3 different Yori's now and this is by far my favourite one. The food quality seems to be so much better here, I really enjoyed it more than in the other Yori's especially the fried chicken and bbq. There is also more seating here and a bit more spacious than the other Yori's in London. Last but not least Dave who served us was very attentive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend coming to this Yori if you need your fix of korean cuisine.

We had a lovely evening here although the seats were a little cramped with boxes stored underneath. Service was pretty good but a little more attention to detail would be welcomed.
Our children love cooking the food while my wife and I drink wine and wait to be fed. A great experience and loads of fun.

Had dinner there yesterday. We ordered an assorted roast meat set, a seafood bibimbap, a soy sauce chicken kid set. The chicken kid set was in a good portion and enough for an adult but it was very salty.

The seafood bibimbap was very disappointing with only a few mussels, tiny squid pieces and veggies to go with and that’s what they called seafood bibimbap!

The portion of roast meat set was enough for three persons. But short rib was chewy and did not taste good. Pork chop was hard and dry. Pig belly was nice among the whole set.

The four of us were placed to sit at a table right in front of the cashier with very cramped space, the bench was not comfortable for sitting at all.

The female staff was very attentive and welcoming checked our needs from time to time. However, the other male staff was not happy when we didn’t order more food or beer.

The restaurant did not provide traditional appetisers and side dishes, not even kimchi as most Korean barbecue restaurants usually do which left us feeling incomplete for a Korean barbecue meal.

It’s a bit pricey given the quality of food offered. Not recommended.
