If you want to feel a truly Korean atmosphere in London, this restaurant is perfect! I strongly recommend this restaurant as Korean. The restaurant has such an authentic vibe, and the food tastes just like real Korean dishes. I especially recommend trying the plumade! In Korea, it’s even known as a digestive drink, and here it pairs perfectly with the meal, refreshing, sweet, and tangy. In addition, the owner and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience not just the taste, but also the warmth and spirit of Korea

Very good and cosy Korean restaurant. We ordered a bunch of of starters and everything was delicious: -korean fried chicken: extremely crispy and tasty (preferred the spicy one over the soy one) -kimchi pancake: top notch, decent portion -toppoki (rice cake) were very spicy, only for the brave Finally mains were tasty too. Prices very reasonable. Booked in advance for a large group.

This is my third time at this restaurant and I strongly recommend. The food quality is top, the people are very friendly and help whenever needed. The space is cozy and welcoming.

Tohbang is a decent Korean restaurant with a calm and relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and polite, which made the experience pleasant. I tried the Squid Game box for £16.90—fun idea, but the portion felt quite small for the price. The food overall was okay, though it lacked the bold flavors I usually expect from Korean cuisine. One downside was the ventilator blowing directly at our table, which made it a bit uncomfortable while eating. Still, a decent spot if you're nearby.

I don’t want to post this for a place I’ve visited a few times in person and enjoyed everytime. Maybe consider visiting in person over delivery to avoid issues. We ordered off uber eats this time and had so many issues with our order and on top couldn’t get a refund from uber eats. Cucumber kimchi was slimy - like it had been frozen and defrosted, once you bit it you knew it was not fermented but very off. Same situation with the radish kimchi. This led to noticing the egg in the cold noodles also smelt and looked off (this is our favourite dish here, and why we go here). The presentation should have been my first warning as the plating was totally different than in the last with no beef served with the noodle as well. I did not want to risk having seafood pajeon when 3/4 things were off. Disappointed, bring back your old chef.
