I ordered the grilled chicken, but it was served cold. It honestly felt like it had been prepared the day before and just dipped in some sauce before serving. The texture and temperature were off, and it lacked the freshness you'd expect from a grilled dish. I was really disappointed with the quality — it didn’t feel like it was made to order.

I am beyond frustrated! I came from work and had to wait a ridiculous 45 minutes for my food. When I asked about it, they said it would be ready in 2 minutes, but then I had to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that, there was no cutlery or tissue provided! The staff was incredibly rude and completely careless about customer service. This is unacceptable and shows how little they care about their customers!

Ordered a whole chicken but was really disappointed the chicken as very hard and cold felt like was not fresh. and the sauce was too thick ordered hot chicken but felt like bbq chicken. Nothing personal but when order food i expect it to be hot and freshly made 😔😔

11.30 on a sunday night and took over an hour to make my order plus an additional 20 minutes on delivery. An absolute joke! As expected 1 and a half hours later food turns up cold soggy chips, stale burger to the point the bun has stuck to the box, cold dry chicken and salty rice. Literally the only thing that they got right was 1 of the 2 drinks. The 2nd drink was the wrong one. Ive had chilli flames before, first time at this and definately the last!

Most the food wasnt available so they recommended to get the wings as they can make it quickly. The food wasnt extra hot as requested and we got food poisoning from it...
