2 of the 3 items were supposed to have extra meat, but all of it ended up in the one that didn't ask for it. The box is mainly empty, had a total of 6 fries on the bottom and no cheese. Ate some of the meat until I saw the fries (or lack of) - picture attached

Disappointed I ordered the doner box with fries and salad. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and tasted like it was just the last pieces or reheated multiple times. It was barely edible. I’ve ordered here before and really enjoyed it—it was a pleasure to eat. But this order completely changed my opinion, and sadly, I will not be ordering again.

First of all, the nicest kebab I've had in ages. Unfortunately, it was VERY expensive so I doubt I'd have one again, despite it being very nice. Had to order off one those self service machines rather than any staff serving, and the staff weren't all that welcoming or friendly. A bit more customer interaction, the odd smile, and a few quid cheaper and this place would be 5*

Amazing customer service thank you Saif & Joseph for going above & beyond for us, we made a last minute stop of for lunch. My little girl is an extremely fussy eater, they both had so much time and patience’s catering for us! You can clearly see they were both extremely happy with their food! We will be back…. By orders of my children! Thanks again guys!

Came here to have lunch while around Wembley. The restaurant is pretty cool in design and the menu is pretty straightforward. Quality of food was pretty good however despite the place being mostly empty, my food was cold when I received it. Same happened to my girlfriend, whose food was kept in the collection shelf for Deliveroo (which doesn’t even have a heater) for 10 minutes and was therefore cold. Tables were really sticky and service was pretty basic since you order through the self service tills. The food was pretty tasty but so heavy it sat on my stomach for 6 hours. Quite cheap: a meal for one is around 10£. First time I tried this chain.. might try it again but maybe not at this location.
