We had lunch there with kids and kids like it. Food was good in general and well priced. We had vegetable katsu, chicken udon and kids meals. The only thing I don’t like was the chicken as it was just a boiled chicken thighs which didn’t taste really good. The reception staff was amazing he did an over and beyond by finding us an accessible table for my daughter wheelchair, reserved it to us and helped me taking our food to the table, that was one of the best customer service We’ve ever received, he made us feel very welcome and made it much easier. The serving staff can be better as They were rushing me while I was ordering for the whole family.

Always excellent. This was our first time at this branch, but it met our expectations! My son was absolutely over the moon at the range of drinks in the dispenser. The only issue is that it's hard to find if you haven't been before! The wayfinding in the shopping centre could be much clearer!

Had high expectations for Marugame, but was left very disappointed. The udon itself was great, perfect mix between soft and chewy.. everything else was questionable.. The broths.. tasted very mediocre & gamey. I understand this is supposed to be a cheaper fast food place, but it's definitely not worth going even if that is the case. Tempura's were on the colder side. We got asparagus, prawns and chicken. Chicken was undercooked.. It looks visually pleasing and the staff were super nice, informative and welcoming but I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends (if anything ill try and deter them), or come back again.

This is a great restaurant to visit for lunch. I found the staff to be genuinely welcoming and friendly which, for Canary Wharf, was a pleasant surprise. The food was yummy 😋 (to be expected, I only review places with tasty food) however, I did find that I was not prepared for the amount (lack) of sauce that came with the chicken teriyaki with rice (see picture). It's a minor drawback though. The only other thing you should be aware of is that it can get really busy so plan to arrive outside peak lunchtime when the mall is heaving with hungry folk. They also have a great loyalty programme so ask about that if you see yourself visiting regularly.

Consistent quality, great price for value, prime location. Views not particularly fancy but will do the job. Quite spacious with 30+ seats. Tap water integrated into the soft drink machine which is better as it’s easier to locate. Can’t request more with such a price.
