Stepping into this Moroccan restaurant feels as though you have been whisked away to the bustling alleys of Marrakech. The space is a visual feast: intricate lanterns cast warm, dappled light across mosaic-tiled walls, and the gentle trickle of a central fountain immediately sets a tranquil tone. Cushioned alcoves and lush greenery create an authentic oasis that makes the heart of London feel a world away. The menu bursts with colour and vibrancy, reflecting the rich culinary heritage of Morocco. Starters like silky hummus and delicate pastilla arrive as edible works of art, full of texture and spice. The lamb tagine, slow-cooked with preserved lemon and saffron, delivers a deeply aromatic experience. The dishes are vibrant and tasty, carrying the warmth and depth of traditional recipes. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the staff are keen to share recommendations and the origins of the dishes. Dining here is more than just a meal; it is a sensory journey that transports you to a North African oasis, right in the midst of London. Value is quite reasonable, especially when combining the ambiance and quality of the food. Wait time is quite prompt, as our starters arrived within 15min and mains arrived in good time as well. Location is in a lovely part of East Finchley, with plenty of part on side roads. Verdict: A must-visit for anyone craving a refined Moroccan experience, where atmosphere and flavour harmonise beautifully.

If you’re craving an escape to Morocco without leaving London, Oasis Lounge is the place. The interiors, the music, and the aroma of spices instantly transport you straight to Marrakech. We tried the Moroccan sausages, chicken wings, and some delicious meat and cheese samosas, every bite was full of flavour. The chicken shawarma was juicy, and the prawn tagine with bread was simply divine. The star of the night, though, was the honey cake- soft, sweet, and perfectly balanced. Ended our meal with Moroccan tea, which tied the whole experience together beautifully. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves authentic food and cozy vibes!

I just tried some amazing Moroccan dishes - and wow, what a burst of flavours! The food is rich, aromatic, and full of authentic spices. From the perfectly cooked tagine to the soft couscous, every bite tells a story of tradition and warmth. The mint tea was refreshing and beautifully served - a perfect end to the meal.

The atmosphere is very nice, with spacious decor and comfortable seats. The food was mid-range. I had lamb tagine, which was too salty - although maybe it was what i went for as my friends liked their food. The drinks were very nice. For dessert, they don’t have many options, so I had a sundae. It was bad - I couldn’t take a second scoop. The ice cream tasted like yoghurt and was just fruit on top - no flavour at all. However, the service was very good. The staff were welcoming. Souad helped us that day; she was very sweet, friendly, and welcoming. She definitely made our experience better. :)
