Mama’s Soul Food did not disappoint! The seafood boil was absolutely amazing the sauce was rich, flavorful, and coated everything perfectly. The seafood was fresh and cooked just right, and I especially loved the large lobsters, which were so juicy and tender. The corn was sweet and soaked up all the delicious seasoning, making every bite even better. The portion sizes were great, and the food was served hot and fresh. The staff were friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming. If you’re a seafood lover, this spot is a must-try! I’ll definitely be coming back for more

We got the seafood boil for two with truffle fries the oxtail mac and cheese and the tres leches cake. The seafood was perfectly done, flavours were POPPING, we got the spicy one and it was the perfect amount of spice but I'd suggest getting the extra spicy if you're wanting more of a kick. The Mac and cheese with oxtail was so cheesy and got a great cheese pull. The oxtail was tender and well flavoured and the sauce it comes with is delicious. The tres leches was light and sweet with biscoff. Delicious. Deffo recommend. Our server was so friendly and nice. Food came out in decent time and was a lovely experience. Deffo coming back with mates!

We recently dropped by mamas soul food to try what's been heavily reviewed as being amazing and the food most certainly didn't disappoint in the slightest. We didnt opt for the seafood boils as had a few in recent months so tried the brisket burger which honestly was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The brisket and mac cheese was phenomenal and will be dropping by again for the these. Also on the order was the lobster & chips and the buffalo wings. We ordered a little too much so took the left overs home for an amazing evening snack We went around 12 ish on a Sunday and was surprised at how busy the x kitchens site was which is where mamas soul food is located. Seating is available but we had to wait for a table due to how many customers were there ordering food from all the available kitchens on offer Parking is best kept to the nearby streets if it's busy as the carpark isn't that large capacity Thanks for the amazing food and looking forward to introducing some friends to the food there when we visit again

If you’re craving bold, Southern-inspired seafood in Manchester, Mama’s Soul Food is an absolute gem. I tried the Seafood Boil, and it blew me away. The prawns, mussels, and sausage were cooked to perfection and drenched in the most flavorful creole seasoning. The portion was generous easily enough for two people and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. I also ordered the mac and cheese on the side, which was creamy and indulgent, just how comfort food should be. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick even during busy hours.

Absolutely must visit. Food is incredible, seafood boil and the prawn Mac and cheese is to die for. Best Mac and cheese Ive ever had. Number 11 in the food hall, lovely people running it, door exceptional and very reasonably priced. Will absolutely be back, gutted we don't live in Manchester to get this all the time 🤣🤣
