Was told that the food would be 25 minutes waited patiently and asked 40 minutes later how long would it be they said 5 minutes ended up taking over an hour when addressing the issue calmly to the staff there first response was to justify it with saying “they had new orders coming in” they hadn’t even apologised at this point. The food was cold and when we told the staff they got defensive and rude instead of apologising and sorting out the issue. Then the ex-owner came over and sorted it out. Never wrote a negative review before or not normally a complainer but for someone who works in Hospitality/ food industry the staff was soo rude for no reason and could have easily solved the issue with basic people skills, manners and common sense.

Ordered a matilda cake, milkshake and can of Irn Bru on uber eats. Opened the bag and no Matilda cake inside and no Irn bru either. Contacted the restaurant spoke to a rude man on the phone that said he did put a Matilda cake in a cup. I told him to double check the receipt and he then apologised and said I can’t do nothing about it and that’s it’s not his issue. When I contacted the restaurant he said he’s not going to do anything about it and didn’t suggest anything to help. Won’t be ordering again from here. Popped in this afternoon, ordered the smash burger, with sweet potato fries and mac and cheese, staff were lovely. my meal came hot and was delicious, the portions were very generous and filling. Lovely place to sit and enjoy and look outside. Took the leftovers home to eat later. The place was clean, nice and warm. I highly recommend LOADED. Go there today!

Revelation. Me and my girlfriend went here with curious minds. We were satisfied completely. The food was a sensation. I'd recommend having cheese with anything, scrumptious stuff. Good value for money. I'd recommend.

Absolutely love Loaded Manchester! The food is next-level — super generous portions, packed with flavour, and always served fresh. The menu has so much variety, whether you’re craving something indulgent or want a lighter option, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, making it a great spot to go with friends or just grab a bite on your own. Definitely one of my go-to places in Manchester. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!
