Ordered a matilda cake, milkshake and can of Irn Bru on uber eats. Opened the bag and no Matilda cake inside and no Irn bru either. Contacted the restaurant spoke to a rude man on the phone that said he did put a Matilda cake in a cup. I told him to double check the receipt and he then apologised and said I can’t do nothing about it and that’s it’s not his issue. When I contacted the restaurant he said he’s not going to do anything about it and didn’t suggest anything to help. Won’t be ordering again from here. I have attached images and you can clearly see what I’ve ordered.

Absolutely love Loaded Manchester! The food is next-level — super generous portions, packed with flavour, and always served fresh. The menu has so much variety, whether you’re craving something indulgent or want a lighter option, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, making it a great spot to go with friends or just grab a bite on your own. Definitely one of my go-to places in Manchester. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Popped in this afternoon, ordered the smash burger, with sweet potato fries and mac and cheese, staff were lovely. my meal came hot and was delicious, the portions were very generous and filling. Lovely place to sit and enjoy and look outside. Took the leftovers home to eat later. The place was clean, nice and warm. I highly recommend LOADED. Go there today!

The worst chicken burger I've ever had, it took forty-five minutes to arrive after ordering from Uber. I'm sorry. And this lettuce was in my burger, now I'm pissed.

We visited Loaded to eat two of their signature loaded boxes, and they were truly exceptional. I selected option two, while my friend chose option one. Both were prepared flawlessly. The flavours and the combinations of food items were exquisite. The burger buns did not fall apart while the burger was being consumed. That's always a huge plus. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant to anyone in Manchester. I must admit, I was quite surprised that the establishment was empty during our visit. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. I also went to Biskits which is nearby and this is far better.
