I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alostora, a seafood restaurant in Manchester that I discovered through a captivating social media video. While I was in London at the time, the enticing visuals and rave reviews compelled me to take a train to Manchester, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made! From the moment I entered Alostora, I was greeted by the owner, who exuded warmth and friendliness. Their passion for seafood and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience was evident from the start. The atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable meal. Now, let's get to the food! I have had my fair share of seafood from various locations, including Egypt, which is renowned for its freshness. However, the fish I had at Alostora surpassed all my expectations. It was incredibly fresh, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection—each bite was a delight! I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the dishes, which showcased the culinary expertise at Alostora. One highlight of my meal was the seafood soup. This exquisite dish was packed with an incredible depth of flavor and a generous assortment of fresh seafood. The broth was rich and savory, with the perfect balance of spices that truly elevated the overall experience. I could not get enough of it! If you're a seafood enthusiast or simply in search of an extraordinary culinary experience, I highly recommend visiting Alostora. The combination of warm hospitality, outstanding service, and exceptional seafood makes it a must-try destination. I left with a full heart (and belly!), already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely worth the trip from London!

Amazing seafood! Everything was super fresh and full of flavour. The grilled fish was perfect, and the seafood soup was delicious as well (the soup was a little bit salty for our family but it's packed with flavours). I personally like the oil and lemon fish the best and really recommend trying! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!

Huge portions with simply cooked but tasty seafood dishes. There are some non-seafood options like burgers and nuggets. The mint tea is free which is a nice touch. It was surprising to see a range of milkshakes on the drinks menu. Be prepared to wait for service and food though. Very difficult to park nearby.
