Disappointing experience, 1st of all it took 20 minutes to make 2 burgers, lady said it’s gonna be 10 minutes… restaurant was empty. Onion jam was burned it gave bitter taste, meat with no taste, the bun was cold and a bit hard. 12.50 for a burger so standard is very low for this price, they don’t call you when it’s ready. Wouldn’t recommended to no one 👎🏽

This is the 3rd time I've been to Nanny Bill's at Crate since it opened. The first time I went it was amazing however it's definitely slipped since then. Last time the gravy was cold and the burger wasn't seasoned with salt. This time around, the gravy was cold and the burger buns stale. Chips and brisket was hot, fresh and great. For the amount that you're paying you would hope to not get stale bread and cold gravy. Leaving this review in the hope that the owner takes note.

I discovered this hidden gem I. Selbourne walk shopping centre upstairs in the food court. The burgers are amazing and love the fries …. It’s a small and simple menu… also great service by the young girl at the weekends .. she is a gem … defo recommend to try .

Food is normally great. Standing for 3/4 minutes without a ‘please wait a moment to be served as I’m busy finishing a order’ I can see why the reviews are low as the food itself is great. The service however a bit rude and unwelcoming.

tried the aggy fries today for the first time, was a bit sceptical but they were great! the young girl at the till was very nice and made them for me in less than 5 mins, which is rare to find nowadays. definitely would recommend
