It's my first time here. I got 3 Montreal smoked meat sandwich. 2 with mustard and 1 with their toppings minus the mayo. The meat was dry and had a liquid smoke taste. This is Halal, so it's not a true Montreal smoked meat. It was different, but not for me. They also sell alot of frozen meat too. Not my cup of tea! The best smoked halal meat I’ve ever had. While it may look very unassuming, The owner is a really humble and down to earth person who cares about the quality of his product and uses really high quality meat and other ingredients. His son has also joined him and they both do an amazing job. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and as they have grown he has never compromised on quality. They also make and sell sandwiches, which has become very popular. They do not have dine-in, so or is just a pick up to take away. The location is a little out of the way, which are the only downsides if at all! I would say that this is one of the best halal food I’ve ever had. A true 5 star recommendation!

Lovely little spot for Halal deli meats and sandwiches! While it may be a small shop the quality is huge! With fridges filled with a variety of meats such as burger patties, sausages and sliced meats you’ll also find that you can order some of the best sandwiches you’ll find off Cawthra. Their Reuben is their top seller and I can see why! During our visit they were completely out of their (house made) sauerkraut which speaks volumes for quality. The woman behind the desk was quick to suggest ordering the corn beef and dressing it like their Reuben as an alternative which was equally as delicious. Also had the opportunity to order their classic chicken sandwich which included some of the best deli style chicken I’ve ever had. Both sandwiches were made on fresh marble rye. Easy Meats West is an absolute gem of a spot and will easily be a fan favourite for many with the quality and affordable prices.

Their meats are consistently moist, flavorful, and expertly prepared, which is exactly what you'd hope for and more. The fact that everything is Halaal is a meaningful bonus, especially for those seeking quality and inclusivity in their dining choices. Their Reuben sandwiches, in particular, are outstanding: perfectly layered with tender, smoky meat, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy dressing. It's comfort food at its finest. Beyond the food, what truly sets this place apart is the integrity and warmth of the people behind it. Their kindness and commitment to excellence keep customers coming back, even those who travel hours to enjoy a meal. I don’t recommend them to just anyone; I only recommend them to those I genuinely care about, because some treasures are worth protecting. I absolutely love what they do and who they are. I wish them endless success!

Just went in to grab a chicken sandwich. My my my it was deeeeeelicious plus my daughter had the beef sausage … everything was super yummy and very kind staff. Thank you guys for the warm hospitality.
