I’m disappointed it’s taken me so long to eat here. Easily the best Fried Chicken I’ve eaten this decade. The service has been top notch, from being greeted when I entered to how quick my order came, the flavours in the food were delightful, a chicken n chip shop where the food is actually seasoned and flavoursome. Everything about this experience will have me running back sooner rather than later

Found this to be a complete rip-off. Not only the serving size was actually only good for a kids meal (i am a size S petite and the chicken sandwich was smaller than my hand), but the taste is mediocre (nothing to justify £14 for a chicken sandwich) and the service was slow and sloppy (took ages to come, didnt bring sauce, then didnt bring kids drink which comes with the meal and had to be reminded). No wonder it was not busy. Had a kitchen roll instead of napkins. No sauce in the sandwich. Very VERY disappointing

portions are DIABOLICAL for the prices you have to pay. however, it was definitely better seasoned than the Piccadilly branch i went to. staff are great but i cannot justify ever spending how much i did for what i received. milkshakes are highly recommend, especially Popcorn. sauces are satisfactory, and i was pleasantly surprised with the hottest sauce they had (Slim Reaper) ACTUALLY being spicy. definitely rare to find a proper spicy sauce in a chain establishment

Amazing! The staff are friendly, the place is clean and welcoming. The food is wonderful, exceptionally tasty vegetarian options! My companion enjoyed his chicken meal. The toast is delicious. The meals were filling. The dairy milk chocolate milkshake is heavenly. We very much enjoyed every bit of it. The toilets are very clean and airy with plenty of room.

Amazing staffs, helpful and always smiling. Tasty food. Wings could be a lil bit more cooked from inside but other than that it’s all perfect. Shoutout to Liton and a staff girl (forgot to ask her name) thanks so much
