I stumbled upon this Reuben sandwich in the heart of London, and it was a flavor-packed surprise. The bread was fresh and slightly chewy, perfectly holding together the generous layers of tender, juicy beef. The meat had that deep, savory flavor you expect from a deli classic, balanced by the tang of sauerkraut and the creaminess of the dressing. Paired with a tropical Fanta, the salty and sweet contrast made each bite even more satisfying. It’s hearty, indulgent, and perfect if you’re craving a taste of New York in London.

This place is already a 5 star on its own, but Hafiz and Allister just doubled the experience. Food’s amazing — beef brisket is soft and you can ask if you prefer leaner or fatter cuts.. it’s served warm.. u can’t even imagine beef bagels can taste like this. It’s divine. And service by hafiz and allister always make the visit a joy! I’ve been here a year and come an average of once a month. I will take the tube a station or two just to have this.. wish I could have this forever

We visited May 28, 2025. This was the closest to a NYC deli we have ever found, and the sandwiches were almost as good. Quick service, nice and clean (and small) dining area.

Food was fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Had to pay £1 each to sit inside to eat our meal. Roast beef and salad sandwich. Salted beef and salad sandwich. Chips.

I’m a big fan of salt beef sandwiches and usually go to the Brass Rail in Selfridges or to Brick Lane. But passed this place so decided to give it a try. Not good- the salt beef was stringy and chewy. Bread was nice but that was all. Was also quite dirty. Next time I’ll stick to my regulars!
