Stopped by The Sauce for a late-night bite—it's been on my list for a while. The staff member was friendly and seated us quickly. However, she mentioned they were closing at midnight, even though Google lists their closing time as 2am. That gave us just 30 minutes to order and eat. We tried all three wing flavours. They were fresh, decently sized, and had good flavour, but nothing stood out as award winning. Fortunately, the owner popped in and let us stay as long as we wanted. Turns out, the staff tell customers they’re closing early so they can head home sooner.

Service brilliant, food was decent, my beef burger had too much fat in it. Wings were nice but gave me an upset stomach. Now and then you can have this kind of food. Would I return again? Maybe...

Came here on a Saturday night after hearing such great things about it. We got the Korean wings which were good, nice and crispy. We got the loaded prawn box which was great but the sauce (honey chilli) was not good. The fried chicken thigh burger was great, the bang bang sauce was really the one. The fries, nice and crispy. There was one person who worked there was super accommodating and provided great service. It’s 4 stars only because we had to wait quite a while for our order and our order was kind of forgotten about/was wrong but they did rectify with hence why it’s not lower. I like the flexibility when ordering. Our total meal was also only about £25 which is reasonable.

This place left me feeling underwhelmed. I've heard so many good reviews about this place but I wasn't blown away by the food. I say this because the chicken burger ('Impeccable thighs') didn't have much chicken & hashbrown as it promised it would. It was mainly salad but the chicken was well cooked. The beef burger ('the big bucks') was tasty & it was slightly juicy. The best thing here were the wings which were delicious😍 We loved the 'bang bang' & 'Korean Gochujang' wings as they were crispy, sweet & savoury. The chips were a nice accompaniment to the burgers but the oreo milkshake was not milkshaking. It was chocolate sauce mixed with ice cream and had a few oreo bits in it. - We got the churros to make up for the extra price we had to pay for the food. As soon as we walked in, it was quite busy so we scanned the QR code to order online as it would be quicker. After we placed our order & paid for our food, the waitress told us that the 'claws for your jaws' burger was not available. (We were looking forward to this burger too as many people have hyped it up.) Anyway, we saw that we paid £14 for one of the burgers online when the menu in the store, was £10. The waitress said she didn't know and said it's probably an old menu and as compensation for the extra money we had to pay for the overall food, she offered us dessert. The churros were undercooked and not good at all & the chocolate sauce tasted like a weird liquid. - Overall, the place is very small & it's a chilled vibe but I hope they improve their menu esp the milkshake & dessert.

Saw on Instagram and decided to swing by. Overall really enjoyed it, seems good value for money at £9 for a huge burger. Staff very friendly, good atmosphere. I had to wait a while though and because the buns were ready waiting for the chicken, this meant the bottom of the bun was very soggy by the time I ate it. Would still recommend though and come back to try the wings
