I had a wonderful experience at Chaiiwala Dalston! The food was delicious as always — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly served. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. Naima was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

I love the vibe of the place. I like that there is good space to study and have my chai while I do it. I like that it's open till 2am. The staff is warm and friendly Special shout out to Naima whe is very kinda, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our visit to Chaiiwala in Dalston! We had the Omelette Wrap with Cheese & Green Chillies, which was packed with flavour and had just the right amount of kick. The Karak Chaii was perfectly brewed – rich, strong, and comforting – and the cold beverages were super refreshing. What really stood out was the unique and thoughtful packaging – everything was neatly presented and felt premium. Also, a special shoutout to the lovely Ibtisam who served us – friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back – highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I had such a great time at this spot. The food was super fresh, hot, and tasty. And seriously, the staff's service, especially NOOR, was amazing. I totally recommend everyone to come here for some delicious food.

I tried their desserts and we wanted some sauce to go with it but the manager Tariq was so professional and very nice that he gave us chocolate sauces for free. Plus his customer service skills were top notch. Thank you Tariq (store manager) for treating us with respect and care and for your exceptional customer service. It truly made our day!
