I was served by Fariah at the till, and she made my visit genuinely pleasant. She was polite, attentive, and handled my order with real care. While I was eating, she checked in to see if I needed anything else, which made me feel well looked after. Her kindness and professionalism stood out. The staff overall were welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends as well. My sisters and I ordered boneless chicken with Original and Spicy Korean flavor, and tenders with Garlic Parmesan flavor, together with a freestyle soda drink. We were honestly quite disappointed. The flavors overall were not that good and the tenders tasted burnt and overly oily, almost as if the oil had been sitting for a while. It left a really greasy feeling in your mouth which was not pleasant at all. The portion sizes for the fried chicken were also a letdown. The boneless pieces were tiny, almost the size of popcorn chicken. One small plus was that we accidentally received more pieces than we had ordered. Hopefully it was only that time and not the usual standard. The staff was friendly though.

I stopped here due to the proximity to the underground station and was very happy I did. The service was good and quick, and the wings were great. I also got the Cajun fries with cheese sauce and loved them.
