I’m very surprised by the other 1-star reviews. My partner and I just finished our meal and we could not be happier—I’m writing this from my table. The menu is intriguing and experimental without being at all pretentious. Every dish was delicious and we even ordered more food after finishing our mains because we wanted to try more. We will absolutely be back and can’t recommend enough.

Last night I decided to try Kiaan’s for the first time. Although their cocktails tasted amazing the whole experience was set up for disappointed. We arrived and it took more then 10 minutes for someone to take our orders. I first ordered cocktails and some starters and for my surprise the starters arrived first and cocktails 10 minutes later. No one came to check on us and or chase for the cocktails and when I asked the waiter for the drinks I was firstly ignored and after when it served there was no apology. Some of our starters was tasteless/ reading other reviews it made completely sense that now I understand they were frozen stuff. People on the table by my side was even treated worse, the person who offers you a table a free drink if you order food sat them on the table and they was forgotten for around 20 minutes. When I was leaving I went after a waiter to show the family thar was waiting for ages to be attended. I hope you can start taking the feedback from your costumers seriously - because a glass of free drink can attract costumer but if they don’t have a good experience they might never go back. You have enough waiters for the number of tables you have there ( allocate them for a certain numbers of tables) And please be more polite with people who are getting upset for not receiving their drinks they it should be. You are all stuck near the kitchen and you leave your costumers waiting and unattended for a long period of time. Your drinks are amazing good and your food yeah is relatively good, but your costumers service is killing your business or either you change your your definitely setting up for failure, with the free drink this will happen even faster.

Tonkotsu ramen is nothing like the tonkotsu ramen i have ordered in other ramen shops ( Ippudo, Kanada Ya, Goemon) This. is. not. tonkotsu. ramen. I want my money back!!!

Great spot in the market for some Asian food. We had the 2 portions of the bao buns which was plenty. They weren’t shy with the spices either which is good. Takoyaki was great too. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The owner spoke to us after and he was very humble and genuinely wanted to get feedback about our experience. Great place overall you can see they really care about customer experience. Will definitely be back 🙂
