Good service, family and non family friendly atmosphere, rich menu. The female waitresses are experienced, polite and quick in their services. This is my favourate venue. Reasonable prices. The birthday parties are famous here. My custom started here I think in 2013. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Enjoy the Turkish tea here with a slice of lemon or without. It is free of charge!

I went to this restaurant in couple of times within a month for a dinner, I am not able to judge and mark any restaurant until I am fully checked. The parameters I check in a food business is,  there level of customer service, quality of the food and presentation. In my first visit I was late and we have very limited time to order and finish the food within time. First visit customer service and the food was excellent, the food is properly cooked and the presentation was good. And also the level of customer service is also good though on a second visit customer service was appalling as they were bit busy to be honest you really come to know service when restaurant are busy and it was let down
food however again food was amazing. i would recommend food but not at busy times

First time coming here, and the food was  amazing; not greasy, very flavourful and fresh. Great customer service from all the staff.

My only negative comment was that the liver was a tad over done, and I think there should be more variety with the menu. Will definitely be coming here again.

My friends and I are regulars and we we booked a table for 15 of us to be seated together at the back for a celebration two weeks in advance.
When we arrived at 14.00 we get split and when we told the manager on duty we booked in advance and spot to him there is a table at the back to fit  all of us. He replied: I am sorry it's busy today and he expected people at 16.00. we left at 16.45 and the staff were eating at that table and nobody turned up  by then. He you don't like your job... time to change.
I worked for 10 years in this business in west end with high profile clients ( celebrities) and the manager on duty did not even offer any complementary drinks  or whatsoever.MONEY BEFORE CUSTOMERS GOOD EXPERIENCE. You justify your position and salary on a busy days and ability to resolved situations.  He said sorry but he did not mean it.
We spent over £300  and tips the staff because they are vey nice.
This is the last time we will go to any Devran restaurants and we stop ordering any take away from any Devran branches. They will continue to make good business and I wish them well but not with MY MONEY.
It's a shame because we liked it there but the manager on duty ruined the company reputation

They were excellent at 1st now they to demanding on everything when asked for tap water they refused to serve tap water because there was  30 of us we ordered 3 platters worth 75 pounds each 225 pounds total this restaurant waste of time and total no go restaurant the waiter and waitress are very rude compared to back in the day i rather go to pound shop and buy snacks and eat on the streets then go there anymore absolutely disgusted at the restaurants behaviour towards their comments i rated them 5 star and now re-editing my  review to -5 if i could
