Good service, family and non family friendly atmosphere, rich menu. The female waitresses are experienced, polite and quick in their services. This is my favourate venue. Reasonable prices. The birthday parties are famous here. My custom started here I think in 2013. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Enjoy the Turkish tea here with a slice of lemon or without. It is free of charge!

I went to this restaurant in couple of times within a month for a dinner, I am not able to judge and mark any restaurant until I am fully checked. The parameters I check in a food business is, there level of customer service, quality of the food and presentation. In my first visit I was late and we have very limited time to order and finish the food within time. First visit customer service and the food was excellent, the food is properly cooked and the presentation was good. And also the level of customer service is also good though on a second visit customer service was appalling as they were bit busy to be honest you really come to know service when restaurant are busy and it was let down food however again food was amazing. i would recommend food but not at busy times

First time coming here, and the food was amazing; not greasy, very flavourful and fresh. Great customer service from all the staff. My only negative comment was that the liver was a tad over done, and I think there should be more variety with the menu. Will definitely be coming here again.

They were excellent at 1st now they to demanding on everything when asked for tap water they refused to serve tap water because there was 30 of us we ordered 3 platters worth 75 pounds each 225 pounds total this restaurant waste of time and total no go restaurant the waiter and waitress are very rude compared to back in the day i rather go to pound shop and buy snacks and eat on the streets then go there anymore absolutely disgusted at the restaurants behaviour towards their comments i rated them 5 star and now re-editing my review to -5 if i could
