Firstly the shop front says open at 11am when actually they open at 12pm. I was told the food would be 10-15 wait when if fact it took 25 minutes to cook. Apart from these issues i found the food and staff pretty good.

Great value for money I chose the 12.99 box without waffles and got extra wings etc instead. The mac n cheese bits really nice, the chips nacho style with melted cheese and halopenos great. The wings really good, the prawns lovely with the sauce the corn u can’t go wrong. Really good for value such a full box I couldn’t eat it all at once. And the fruit punch included honestly very good value for money. It’s a great deal to eat all ur foods u want on a cheat day and ain’t no way your gonna eat it all at once that’s the best part. Keep ur standards and waiting time like today and you’ll do well 👍🏽

Burger did not taste fresh and hot wings were not tasty and very tough. Not child friendly with hardcore gangsta rap playing. Waste of money.

Very good food. The dirty fries beef was fully loaded. No cutting corners. Cheese bites were nice and the smash classic burger was really good too

Zero stars. Food was dead! The shop smelt like week old oil which was really off putting. I went with two friends who ordered wings. I hesitated to order and finally settled for a milkshake and messy chips. What a mistake I should of stuck to my gut feeling and followed my nose. The atmosphere was poor, the place stank, I was verbally assaulted by a drunk Irishman customer who made racial comments to which the staff were laughing as if it was amusing to them that there is drama happening in the shop. Unprofessional! At some point my milkshake was knocked outta my hand but FairPlay staff replaced it. Milkshake tasted ok I suppose but the chips were terrible. Tasted like the smell in the shop old oil, the flavour was stale and dead, even the jalapeños cheese and spices couldn’t mask the rancid taste. No fork supplied either to eat with. I had to outsource cutlery 😂 Overall a very poor experience, from the food to the atmosphere to the staffs unprofessional attitudes. First and last visit. Would not recommend. Waste of £10 for chips and a milkshake. In total three of us spent just over £30 and after speaking to the others I can confirm they hated the food too. Reviews may follow.
