Lowei was absolutely amazing! He has such a gentle, kind presence that made our experience so enjoyable. He served us one of the most delicious burgers we’ve had, along with a great salad and wine that paired perfectly. Beyond the food, it was really his warmth and genuine kindness that stood out—we truly enjoyed his company. This kind of service makes all the difference. Give this man a raise—he deserves it!

First time visit for me to this Ealing burger joint. My partner and I both ordered the smash burger straight up, with sides of ranch coleslaw and halloumi fries. When the food arrived I noticed the halloumi fries were missing and pointed it out. Our server, Deniz, apologised that the order must have been accepted in error and they were out of halloumi fries but immediately offered an alternative side on the house by way of an apology. Since we couldn't make our minds up he sent us a mix of chicken tenders and onion rings.
Fantastic and professional way to deal with a problem, hence I'm on here applauding what a great time we had rather than complaining. Well done Deniz. Our burgers were delicious and came with a massive portion of tasty chips. The ranch coleslaw was fresh and creamy and tasty. We also ordered a jug of mint lemonade between 2 and it was plenty for us throughout the meal. I would have made it 10% sweeter but I have a sweet tooth and it was probably just right for most people. Altogether I can't fault the service, food quality or atmosphere at this place. We joined the loyalty club before leaving because we will definitely be back. Thanks.

The tables were clean and for a nice atmosphere had a pretty plant on it! The staff were very considerate and friendly, and the waitor helped me and my family make choices. I got a vegan Plant Burger along with rosemary fries and a Coca-Cola drink. Everything was perfect, and the burger was truly honest. I had nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend it to other people! 🍔😄

Second trip to Honest Burgers, but more my local one, in a week with family. Really lovely burgers, and great value. The mint lemonade was so refreshing - but everyone enjoyed their meals which was the important bit! I went for a smashed burger, delicious 👌🏽

Good place to eat, not given 5 stars just beacuse of the chips, half of them left overs, otherwise burger was good.
On this occasion i would like so suggest:
Add 1£ or £2 to chips but please serve in eatable conditions and for sure will gain more in the future.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.
