Excellent food and top-notch service. Everything was full of flavour and cooked to perfection, especially the grilled meats. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

I went to Sahara Grill last weekend, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a food paradise. The moment I walked in, the aroma of sizzling meats and warm spices hit me like a dream. The waiter greeted me with a smile so genuine I almost thought I was meeting a long-lost cousin. I ordered the mixed grill platter, and wow—every bite was a masterpiece. The lamb was tender, the chicken perfectly charred, and the sauces? Out of this world. Even the naan had that perfect balance between fluffy and crispy. For dessert, I tried the kunafa, which was basically golden, cheesy heaven with just the right amount of sweetness. But then came the plot twist—the bill. My wallet felt lighter than the mint tea they served at the end. Don’t get me wrong, it was worth every bite, but I couldn’t help thinking I might need to remortgage the house if I went every week. So yeah, amazing food, great vibes, but pricey enough to humble you. Four stars from me—one deducted for the cost, but I’d still go back for that grill any day

Lovely evening spent with friends in an amazing restaurant, a full range steaks available, absolutely delicious and done to perfection. I would absolutely recommend the buffalo wings! I would have given 5 stars if there was more veggies on the plate. Jamal and team were very friendly and attentive

Very tasty and spicy, super large portions. Dark interior and poor lighting, though, and poor ventilation was coughing the charcoal smoke. Service great, good for family events as very large restaurant with clean amenities. Book table in advance.

One of my favourite places to eat in East London! Tried the beef short rib today amazing so soft and tender! Lamb fillet steak is my fave! Service by the lovely Omar at our local Whitechapel branch!
