Shahs Halal Food - Leytonstone High Road

I ordered from ubereats yesterday and unfortunately they didn’t get the order right, ubereats were of no help but I contacted the restaurant direct instead. Spoke to Hasnat and he was extremely helpful and gave me the correct order which I am grateful for. Very good service and food is nice as well.

The food is fantastic and I like salad flatter salad is very fresh staff is very friendly and take care of customers recommended to all

I wish I could give minus 100 stars! Extremely disappointing experience. After taking my order, the staff completely forgot about it and started serving other customers who arrived after me. I waited far longer than necessary, only to be ignored. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero respect for customers.

I ordered the chicken and rice — it was delicious, and the portion was very generous. I asked for extra salad, and the staff kindly added it free of charge. Great customer service, and the food is tasty too. The place is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Best food ever, good atmosphere, brilliant customer service.. the manger is super nice and friendly, highly recommended..
