Tried Wok N Box Chinese and it really hit the spot. The beef ramen (£12.99) was warm, filling, and full of flavour with tender beef, while the egg fried rice with chicken (create your own box £7.50) was nicely cooked and well seasoned. The curry chips were a great extra — crispy with a rich, tasty curry sauce. The service was excellent, especially from Reluca and Sagunn, who were friendly and attentive, and compliments to the chefs on duty as well. Visited in January 2026 and had a great experience overall. Would definitely order again.

I’ve tried Mr Wong’s Wok & Box twice now and the food is simply exceptional, full of authentic Chinese flavours and perfectly cooked every time. I really appreciate that they also offer Halal options, which makes it even better for everyone to enjoy. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is spotless, one of the cleanest food spots I’ve visited. Highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Chinese taste and great service.

Thank you Lina for such a wonderful experience today. She had a big smile on her face and gave us a warm welcome. We came in with only half hour to spare, and told her that at the tills. She took our order and we received the food super quick, everything was fresh, piping hot and so delicious. My kids enjoyed it a lot, this was my first time coming here and will definitely come again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I honestly can’t believe this place. Paid £16 for a meal that wouldn’t even fill a 5-year-old. The portion was ridiculously small – max 8 bites in the whole box. For that price, it’s an absolute joke. The food itself was a disaster. It smelled like raw masala, had no proper seasoning, and tasted completely bland. The "vegetable" part was practically non-existent – you’d need a magnifying glass to find any. For something advertised as a veg spring roll and rice box, it was missing both quality and actual content. Completely overpriced, tasteless, and stingy with portions. This was one of the most disappointing takeaway experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the money or the hype.

unbelievabley small portions with boxes barely covering the bottom. Paid 7-10 a dish spending over £50 and hardly anything in the boxes. daylight robbery. tried calling them to discuss but there's no telephone number on the receipt or google. really disappointed.
