Cafe La Fina

Second time visiting La Fina, really nice vibe. Music is non-intrusive (background jazz or ambient) which I think is really important and often overlooked in other cafes. There’s lots of space and seating, coffee is good and decent selection of sandwiches and panini they serve warm. Also they open early!! Il be back!

Moved here 3 months ago, always made to feel welcome and local.
Coffee and ice cream are excellent. I haven’t tried the food or cakes yet but they look great.

The owner is a great guy—super friendly—and the staff are just as wonderful. I usually go in on Mondays with my friend, and they already know our orders off by heart: two mochas, one with three shots and one with two.

The cakes and sandwiches are amazing, but the real star is their coffee.

I give La Fina a solid 10/10 on everything. I highly recommend it—you’ll go once and want to keep coming back!

We used to come to this café most weekends and always enjoyed it, but unfortunately we were left very disappointed after receiving a £60 parking fine for not registering our car number plate at the till.

This was apparently a new system recently introduced by the café. While there is a sign outside, it’s easy to miss, especially for regular customers who have never had to register before. None of the staff mentioned this change either, which would have easily prevented the issue.

It feels unfair and somewhat like a trap for loyal customers, as there was no clear communication about the new requirement. It’s a real shame because we’ve always liked the place, but this experience has really put us off returning.

Lovely food. Pleasant atmosphere. Good décor. Great staff.
Whether it's a quick and tasty lunch, coffee & amazing cake, or ice cream treat, this is a brilliant choice.
