I went to Jandol to have some of the well reviewed baklava. I got some of the pistachio ones and the birds nest ones in a takeaway plate. As soon as I took the first bite, I realised it was stale. It tasted as though the oil used for making it went rancid. I tried a bite from each of the different kinds and all of them tasted the same. I had to throw the entire plate sadly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the baklava. Not sure what the rest of the food there tastes like.

Baklava is always fresh when I get it, we love all the food my daughter's favourite is the soup she's been coming for 8 years and always chooses lentil soup, mine is the mezze with the walnut and red pepper I've forgotten it's name, last time we had a mix including bits of lamb with lovely homus I love the owners cooking best. Yesterday we visited again with Palstinan friends there daughter loved his tabouli so much nicer than sips and dips, more like how her mum makes it with lots of lemon she said. The spinach parcels were delisous and our daughter's also loved the fruit smoothies. My friend said babaganosh is so good here, it is a little more expensive but the quality of food ,cleanliness and space is much better for groups. Left feeling full but that we had home good healthy food. Food so good we always forget to take pictures.

I love this place. The staff are so lovely. My friend and I love to go for a meal then take home some sweet treats (cannolis are my favourite). The food is always very fresh and tasty. The restaurant itself is very clean and pretty.

We decided to pop in for a late night snack and we ended trying lots of nice food and some sweets. We shared some delicious grilled halloumi, a Greek salad (which was huge) delicious Lebanese flat bread, hummus topped with shredded lamb. My boyfriend had the lamb flat bread but was so big we brought it home. We had to try some baklava and some Turkish delight. Both were delicious especially the pistachio baklava. we had a double espresso too which was lovely. All in all lovely service! Nice to eat local and try something new 🍯🍽🧆
