Visited ancoats branch today. Gorg food but the quantities were shocking for the price! I got the prawn box with honey glazed carrots & sweet potato fries which cost £16. When I opened the box I genuinely thought there had been a mistake as there were only 4 small prawns in it😂 For £16? The food is so flavourful but charging that much to give 4 tiny prawns is slightly crazy. I don’t know where people are getting these amazing looking boxes from because mine looked nothing like it? Definitely recommend if you’re looking for delicious food but beware of the portions.

Went to the new fresh fuel bar and was absolutely gutted it wasn’t as nice as the original! The chicken was dry as, I got 3 strips of carrot and plain chips it didn’t even come with the broccoli that it had on the photo?? I ask for the “crispy” chicken it wasn’t it doesn’t give you the same options as the other fresh fuel like salt and pepper or the pop corn chicken and the portion sizes are much smaller , they had ran out of all the best sauces, just can’t believe i paid nearly £20 for dry bits chicken 3 strips of carrot and basically McDonalds chips !!

Ordered over £50 worth of food yesterday , for it to arrive. Not only has the complete order been messed up. 4/5 items wrong. It was cold and we found two hairs one after another in the middle of our meal. We order regular and definitely won’t be ordering again.

I told the young lad on the till I’ve never been before, he asked me did I like steak,sweet potatoe and broccoli, I said Yh so he said that’s what I’m going to do you then it was absolutely beautiful and I want to go back immediately 😂

You have found a GEM 💎 if you're here Crispy chicken burger with halloumi on. It was absolutely gorgeous. Melt in the mouth and the bun was the softest 🙌 10/10 And next came the sweet potato and normal fries with steak and spicy mayo dressed over them. The seasoning on all the food was on point 👏🔥🔥An the guys there thanks for the help picking it all looked so good.. 100% RECOMMEND AND WILL BE BACK MYSELF FOR MORE 🤜🤛
