@eaststreeteats | The coconut prawns were something new and definitely something we’d order again, the slight coconut flavour in the breadcrumb worked really well with the prawns and sweet chilli dip.

This was probably one of the best chicken Pad Thai’s we’ve tried, fresh and full of flavour especially with the lime and the chicken katsu was super crispy, while the curry sauce was rich and creamy. 

Overall this is a great place with a wide selection of items on their menu, all great value for money and a unique atmosphere, definitely somewhere worth trying out.

What a lovely spot! Myself and my partner booked a table last minute online with no hassle. Our server, Maisha, was super nice and very helpful. We ordered the seafood sharing menu, which was slightly spenny but considering the restaurant’s location, understandable. Menu highlights - roasted hispi and Thai fried sea bream. Great for group outings and families!

4.7 is an honest rating, and it’s definitely our discovery of the year so far!
We tried the Christmas menu, which is available for groups of 4+ persons. It includes many of the most popular dishes from the menu and turned out to be a great choice.
In addition, we ordered Pad Thai and chili/garlic edamame — both were amazing.

All the food is prepared with great care and full of flavor.

The place gets quite busy, so making a reservation is recommended.

The street-style Asian design creates a great vibe, and the service was good as well.

Ofc you have to love Asian food to enjoy of it, many plate has strong tastes, which I love. So it’s recommended.
We will definitely come back with friends again

We had a few doubts before going in because the restaurant was quite empty, but oh my gosh… this ended up being some of the best food we had during our London trip.

The flavours were incredible — the laksa soup and the chicken patty were simply amazing, full of rich and authentic taste. Everything felt fresh and comforting.

The prices are absolutely reasonable, especially considering it’s located in a very touristic area. If you’re looking for affordable, delicious Asian food, this place is a huge recommendation. We loved it and would definitely come back! Maisha was amazing.

Staff we welcoming, friendly and informative - happy to chat to customers about the menu and to consider dietary requirements.

The venue is aesthetically fun, stylish and relaxed, comfortable lighting and the chairs weren't the uncomfortable type.

There was mid-volume music on, creating a nice atmosphere, I arrived early so wasn't talking but the volume was perfect for other tables to talk easily and for me to enjoy the music. Poppy RnB type bangers.

The food was good, I ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee which took a while but I was advised this when I ordered so didn't mind at all. It was very sweet and pretty strong (I'm a bit of a decaff girl these days so that'll be me jogging off the energy for the next hour or so)

I had two small plates and a side, rather than opting for something from the brunch menu - which sounded delicious and I'll try if and when I come back.

The pork gyoza were nice - I wouldn't say they were exhilarating, but they tasted good. Portion size was decent for around £8 in central London. The sweetcorn fritters were tasty, I would probably order them again. The only thing I would have liked with them would be maybe a spicy/sweet dip like a gochujang or a spicy Thai chilli jam.

The side of cucumber kimchi salad was a good size and tasty.

Overall I've given the food a good, but not amazing, score - because it was definitely tasty, but I was hoping for bigger flavours, maybe more of a kick of spice or sweet or umami.

I would come back and try some of the brunch items, and some of the large plate items though as they sound nice - I would recommend coming here, don't be discouraged that I didn't give the food a 5/5, it's a nice spot and worth a punt.

We stumbled upon this restaurant as it was one of the only places open after the theatre, and I’m glad we did.

With so many countries’ cuisines to choose from, we went with the beef rendang roti, nasi goreng and katsu udon soup, all of which hit the spot. Especially given the price, it exceeded expectations.

The restaurant was decorated with interesting trinkets and signs from a variety of Southeast Asian and East Asian countries, everything was perfectly curated and made us feel like we weren’t actually sitting in London. Would definitely visit again.
