Very clean branch, gives warm vibes which is not usual, or maybe it because of the people who worked there. Person who handed me my order was actually smiling, and that smile was human and honest. Great! Food was ok, I like those mini sandwiches from time to time, fillets are tasty as usual from KFC but those buns fell like they would need some extra time in the oven and got gummy texture.

After the meal ( as you don't get hand wipes anymore) you want to freshen up and wash your hands , however the wash room facilities are abysmal ! Also a wipe down of the tables would be good . The staff are very friendly and chatty though. Size of the chicken pieces varies and can be tiny .

I would like to compliment two outstanding team members at your store — Dani and Saad. Dani was exceptionally patient, humorous and genuinely enthusiastic throughout my visit. His positive energy and dedication truly stood out and made the experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who can stay so warm and attentive even during busy hours, and I deeply appreciate his professionalism and heart. I would also like to highlight Saad, who remained friendly, professional and cheerful despite the rush of orders. His calm and pleasant attitude added to the great service I received. Both Dani and Saad demonstrated excellent teamwork and a level of service that deserves recognition. Please acknowledge their hard work and efforts, they truly represent the best of KFC.

HORRIBLE STAFF, head office should look into the staff at this branch, ordered a very very simple order but they messed it up buy the time i got home it is too late not, next time i will check all of my meals, ordered snack box which was okay and a chicken wrap with no supercharger sauce as i am allergic with a hashbrown of which i paid extra for the wrap not only came with supercharger sauce but also a hash brown , the people in the back working tonight need to punished ruined my night, they should pay attention as people have allergies, stupid staff too busy messing around at the back to care. Check all your food before you leave thew restaurant. had to bin my food. waste of money.

Waited a while for food and then a customer came in who spoke the same language as the staff and suddenly he got served straight away with a smile and told to enjoy his food and if he wanted any mayo or ketchup. I got my food after him even thou I was first and got my food thrown at me with no words! Disgusting discrimination!
