After the meal ( as you don't get hand wipes anymore) you want to freshen up and wash your hands , however the wash room facilities are abysmal ! Also a wipe down of the tables would be good . The staff are very friendly and chatty though. Size of the chicken pieces varies and can be tiny .

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. The food I received was completely inedible—spoiled and not safe for human consumption. It seemed like it was on the verge of expiration and should never have been sent out to anyone. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, I was shocked to hear that there was no manager or deputy manager available to speak with me at 8:00 PM. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the Uber driver, even though the food bag was sealed when it arrived. This lack of accountability and concern for food safety is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this place again and will be taking further action regarding this incident.

Requested for table service and guess what? They called out your number so you can pick it up from the counter. And don’t use the toilet unless desperate, unhygienic and nil toilet paper. Limited tables and mostly unclear, I saw a customer clearing one table so he could then have his food. 2 star for food as clearly not much expectation for fast food.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! chicken was perfectly cooked on the outside and juicy inside. Staff were friendly and quick with service, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Always a great experience at this KFC!

We went to the counter and waited for two minutes. The person behind the till just stood there and ignored us the whole time, then we saw that we needed to order at a kiosk. When I placed the order, it gave us the option to have the food brought to us at the table, but they just shouted the order out and we had to fetch it ourselves. Really bad service. The pieces of chicken were smaller than those at Popeyes. The loaded fries were soggy and too spicy. The normal fries were OK. Nowhere near as good as Popeyes, except for the music, which was quiet, the best thing about the experience. Looking at other reviews, many people have said that the Customer Service has been poor over the last 2 years, but nothing seems to have changed. Do you just ignore bad reviews?
