2025-07-03 My nephew suggested this place for our family dinner. Think Anthony Bourdain would love this if he was alive. I ordered the oxtail pho. It was qa substantial dinner. A large bowl of fresh (vs. dried) pho noodles with a delicious, rich beef broth, topped with generous sprinkling of cilantro, white and green onions. There were 3 chunks of oxtail: two large and 1 small. The meat was sufficiently tender yet stayed intact on the bone. It was delightful. The accompanying herbs were ample, green and fresh. There was a generous supply of lime sections. The bean sprouts comprised solely the white stalks of the mung bean sprouts, which is a rarely seen premium. All the ingredients used are high quality. The condiments (hoisin and chili sauces) are at out of the bottle thicknesses, not watered down. I also had a sample of the wagyu beef pho. It was delicious. The beef was very tender and flavorful. 😋 😋 😋 Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance is nicer than the usual pho restaurant, well appointed with the main theme color, a nod to its name (a play on the Thai energy drink). I liked the quiet, relaxing jazz music which played throughout our meal. The restaurant charges a 20% mandatory tip for groups of 6 or more. All tips goes to the staff. I would return to try other dishes and recommend this restaurant.

You can never go wrong with Pho RedBo. Excellent service and halal wagyu meat is so amazing. This location is bigger and more spacious. Highly recommend for halal pho and Fried rice with Wagyu.

Newly open, friendly staff, quick service. Clean place. Pho noodles were a little over cooked, breaking apart, most likely from the hot broth. The broth was delicious. The beef was good, I wasn't much of a fan of the meatballs. Truffle fries were good as well.

The number one pho for us! The rare beef pho and the wagyu fried rice are amazing.

Ordered take out. Noodles were hard had to boil them. Brisket Pho was full of disgusting fat. After removing the fat I was left with little to no brisket. Will not be returning!
