Had an amazing time at Pho Redbo, everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. I got the truffle fries, egg rolls, pho combo and wagyu fried rice. Broth on the pho was super tasty, will totally come again when in town.

What an immaculate restaurant!! The service, food and ambiance transcended all my expectations. With the order of pho combo along with a refreshing peach tea, the soup was flavorful and filled with tender, juicy beef briskets & meatballs. The sweet tea is provided in a bottle which you can request over ice as well—yes, super convenient since you can take it to-go. Scott was wonderful as a server, explaining the menu items thoroughly and was beyond friendly! Will definitely return again to explore other menu options. Highly recommended!

2025-07-03 My nephew suggested this place for our family dinner. Think Anthony Bourdain would love this if he was alive. I ordered the oxtail pho. It was qa substantial dinner. A large bowl of fresh (vs. dried) pho noodles with a delicious, rich beef broth, topped with generous sprinkling of cilantro, white and green onions. There were 3 chunks of oxtail: two large and 1 small. The meat was sufficiently tender yet stayed intact on the bone. It was delightful. The accompanying herbs were ample, green and fresh. There was a generous supply of lime sections. The bean sprouts comprised solely the white stalks of the mung bean sprouts, which is a rarely seen premium. All the ingredients used are high quality. The condiments (hoisin and chili sauces) are at out of the bottle thicknesses, not watered down. I also had a sample of the wagyu beef pho. It was delicious. The beef was very tender and flavorful. 😋 😋 😋 Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance is nicer than the usual pho restaurant, well appointed with the main theme color, a nod to its name (a play on the Thai energy drink). I liked the quiet, relaxing jazz music which played throughout our meal. The restaurant charges a 20% mandatory tip for groups of 6 or more. All tips goes to the staff. I would return to try other dishes and recommend this restaurant.
