One of my last few lunches in London, and thought I would visit Gordon Ramsay's burger chain to give it a try. Made a reservation for 1 at 11.30am when they opened, and came to an empty shop within the quiet mall. Ordered the chicken breast with avocado, as I don't take beef, and it was served within 10 minutes. Fries were great, while it did look like there's a lot of spice and would be a little too salty, i find it manageable though i did take a few gulps along the way. The burger however, was nothing to shout about. While a chicken breast is understandably hard to impress, I did expect it to at least be unique, but it was very much like something i could prepare at home with a good quality chicken breast.. That said, there was nothing to complain about as it wasn't bad at all. Overall a decent meal, but not one i would return for, at least for the chicken breast burger.

Food was really good (next level burger has been the best burger I’ve had this far), drinks are very well priced, you get more than a fair amount for the price you pay and isn’t overpriced like a lot of restaurants in London. Food was warm, served immediately. Fries are still warm after eating the burger, really nicely seasoned as well. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Came by often to check on us. Love the vibe in the restaurant, would definitely recommend 😊

Delicious burgers! Smashed chili grill and the frenchy burger. Along with Hotter then hell fries. Alex and his team served us extremely friendly. The burgers we're extremely tastefully! I would definitely recommend this place and when im visiting Londen, no doubt we will eat here again! Thank you Alex!

Friendly, fast, and delicious. The staff have always been absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. The food is fast but without question tasty. I personally love the next level smash burger with sidewinder fries. They also had ice cream with an editable cup which was a fantastic surprise. A brilliant date night where we are looked after with a smile and we know we will love the food. An awesome location and even better service.

Don't expect the high end quality that Gordon Ramsey is known for. It's just a generic fast food place that pays for the rights to use his name. Nothing Ramsey about this place. Like a more expensive version of honest burger. The food here is just mediocre. If the prices were lower I'd rate it higher but it is just so painfully average despite the premium price tag.
