We stopped in for an early lunch before a show and had a great experience. I ordered the smashed single, which was excellent—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The rosemary chips deserve a special mention; they’re crispy, herby, and absolutely addictive. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the whole visit relaxed and enjoyable even though we were on a schedule. Honest Burgers is a great choice for a casual meal with top-quality food and service—I’d happily come back again. By the time we left, the place was filling up so plan accordingly!

I visited Honest Burgers with three friends for our first meal in London. We ordered 4 burgers, 4 drinks, and a large portion of onion rings — the food was great, but when I checked the bill, I was shocked to see a 20% service charge added. From what I know — and even according to the owner’s responses to other reviews — most Honest Burgers in the UK charge around 10%. Seeing a 20% charge made me feel very uncomfortable, as if we were treated unfairly just because we’re Asian. During the rest of our stay, we visited places like Dishoom and Bancone, and none of them charged more than 12.5% service. It’s disappointing that what should have been a pleasant first meal in London turned into such a negative experience. I’ll definitely warn my friends never to visit this location when they come to London

Went here at lunch to try the newer smash burgers. Everything I had was great - the smash burger tastes reminiscent of old school McDonald's, but elevated. The chicken strips I had ordered on a whim, and turns out they're really good! Service was great here too; helpful and fast, despite being a solo diner. The reason for knocking off one star is I feel the smash burger for the size is a couple of pounds(£) over what it's worth. The double smash with a side, at the price of the single with a side (£9), would be worth it.

First time at an Honest burger and I was very impressed. Service was quick and attentive. The burger was cooked to perfection and they were a good size with a decent amount of chips. Need to mention that all of the chicken is halal. I didn't see it mentioned on the menu so it should be made more obvious if it is already mentioned. We ordered the chicken tenders without realising and only found out after we left the resturant as there is a sign in one of the windows.

Restaurant was very quiet when we arrived but this was nice as got our choice of seats, staff were friendly and food came out quickly! Food was great very big portions, chicken burger was slightly overdone but maybe just my preference.
