Great spot for a bite to eat, with ample seating downstairs and an open kitchen. We visited on a Friday evening, and it was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the Smash Plant: with Symplicity plant-based burger, vegan cheese, vegan burger sauce, homemade pickles, and diced onions. On this occasion, Honest Smash’d their veggie patties quite thin, making the edges almost too crispy to enjoy. Next up, Loaded Chips: Honest’s signature rosemary chips, with 5-cheese sauce, cajun spice, and spring onions. They had good flavour, but I had hoped for more depth in the 5-cheese sauce! All washed down with a creamy chocolate shake. With the Smash Plant being the only vegan option, as well as the only veggie burger option, I’d love to see more offerings on the menu for non-meat eaters. Flavour combos such as BBQ, chipotle, or truffle — the menu already has these additional sauces for their meat offerings, it would make sense to use them to expand their veggie offering too.

For a fast food burger franchise, these are really nice burgers. Of course, if you want a restaurant experience, this is not it. But as an alternative to other Fast Good Chains this is great. Ordering is easy via screens or at the counter. There is some seating upstairs and a lot more downstairs. The toilets were clean. The burgers are very juicy and filling. The fries with rosemary where so good. There is ketchup and mayo as much as you want for free, but do try the chipotle mayo. You can also refill your drink if you want. The chicken tenders were so soft and also crunchy. We went here twice during our holiday for a quick bite and it was good both times. Prices are decent for being right next to Liverpool Street Station.

It is great being able to pick up Honest Burger as fast food - I was served within 5 minutes of ordering. The staff were helpful and very kind. The place is kept clean. I paid £11.25 for a refillable drink, single patty smash burger and rosemary fries. The only downside was the burger was not as hot as the fries which were fresh out of the fryer.

I've heard a lot about this franchise. Wanted to see what the fuss was about. Upon entering its quite dark, with a red glowing appearance. Super clean, I was impressed. Tables were spotless and no sign of rubbish anywhere! Ordered a few meals and they were ready in around 15 minutes. Packaging focused on recycling, which I can appreciate. My tribute burger was average, thus the reason I gave three stars. I found it quite oily, the patty had some harder pieces which I could taste throughout the burger. It was medium well and that's how I like it. Fries were fresh, I'm not a big fan of rosemary on fries, so that's a personal preference. On a whole I would say the beef has room for improvement. I have had better quality beef patties for less. The chicken tenders were a force to be reckoned with! Juicy meat with a crunchy outer skin.

Tried this place for lunch and really liked it. The Hot Bun burger was great, not greasy at all, and the shoestring fries inside were super crunchy, which made it even better. Service was fast and the place felt clean. Definitely I’ll go back.
