Great atmosphere, great service, tasty well presented healthy food! It’s lovely to know that this cafeteria is here in the heart of Leytonstone! I’ve visited a few times before with friends and family. The atmosphere and the layout is warm and inviting and very clean. The dishes and panini’s are tasty! It’s a great choice for children and families after a long hard day at school too! I also feel very comfortable dining solo, which is good to know. The variety of fresh salads 🥗 are enjoyable too. As for the portions, I can’t complain, I even end up taking some home! How can I forget the dessert ranges and mouth watering variety of Gelato 🍧 my favourite! The staff are extremely polite and cater for your needs . The place is accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs too. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been coming to the sunflower cafe for over 2 years now. I honestly find it to be the most comfortable and good tasting food in the area. The place is very comfortable for sitting and doing my work on my laptop. The coffee I find to be the best ive tried around and they have a great selection of herbal teas also. They also have a wicked iced coffee that tatse like cream it's divine! The food is delecious very fresh and simple my favourite is the home made salmon Quiche with a nice bit of salad! They have great crepes as well ! My children love to grab one on the weekend with the lovely ice cream selection they have. The service has always been amazing very friendly staff and clean environment. I can not recommend enough great for families and people who need a quiet and calm space to work !

Lovely venue, appearance and cleanliness amazing. Staff are very business, the space is very suitable for a 'Business Meeting'-they have a clean water machine. The size of the Coffee cups are very large.. quality of ingredients could be improved for the price charged.

I had the chicken salad with avocado and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had so far — fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

I happen to visit the cafe during hi team time. It is perfect place to relax with outdoor terrace seating in a warm and sunny day. The interiors are bright and inviting as well. The food is fresh with all European flavours to savory crepes . The cafe offers a wide choice of tea & coffee selection along with pastry & Ice cream to offer. The service was prompt and warmly anticipated.
