Preto Queensway is such a great find! The location is really convenient, and the prices are surprisingly good for what you get. The whole dining concept makes it a fun and different experience compared to a normal restaurant — it’s basically an endless buffet of freshly cooked meats, brought straight to your table until you say you’ve had enough. It makes the meal feel lively and interactive, and you definitely get good value for money. The food itself was lovely — tasty, well-prepared, and there’s plenty of variety so you don’t get bored. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm and full of good vibes, which made it even more enjoyable. The staff were great too: really friendly, attentive, and happy to explain how everything works if it’s your first time. Practical stuff is covered as well — there are toilets on site and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which makes it welcoming for everyone. All in all, it’s the kind of place you leave feeling full, happy, and already planning your next visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The abóbora salad and the salpicao de frango were my favorite. They are very friendly and courteous but sadly tue service needs improvement. I sat there my whole neal without a drink or even water. When i told the guy he said he forgot as they got busy. There was one person serving the meats and as i told him i prefer well done, he’d skip me, until i spoke to him in Portuguese. Then i ordered dessert and was sitting there waiting. Other servers would look at me wondering why i was still there but noone checked on me or gave me the check. 20 minutes later I tell them I was no longer waiting for the dessert and walked up to the cashiers to pay. Someone offered me the dessert for free but at this point I would rather not feel ignored during my whole time there.

Lovely Brazilian buffet with enough meat to feed a village. Happy to have halal options and friendly staff serving. Would come again for sure.

I was really disappointed with Preto. The whole experience felt very basic compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I’ve tried, especially in Dubai. The variety and quality of the meats weren’t great, and what really let it down for me was the lack of cinnamon pineapple, which is usually the highlight of a proper Brazilian rodízio. For the price, I expected so much more. Definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to.
