AVOID them at every cost. This is their LARGE POP CORN KIDS MEAL for a stingy £6.99 HARD RUBBER CHICKEN, dont know these lot got their license! Customer services worse, cant even speak English! AVOID Thunderbird Westfield Stratford at every cost. Paid a stingy £6.99 for their so-called "LARGE POP CORN KIDS MEAL" and got a tiny portion of rock-hard rubbery chicken, a handful of limp fries, and stale ketchup. Absolutely disgraceful quality—honestly, it tasted like they'd never seen real chicken before. Not sure how these lot even got their food license! Customer service was appalling; no one seems to understand basic English, let alone solve any complaints. Save your money and sanity—there are far better options in Westfield!

Thunderbird Fried Chicken has the best buffalo wings , honestly they're my favourite! Every time I come to Westfield, I make sure to grab them. The wings are always fresh, flavourful and never disappoint. A special shoutout to Shivani who was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you love good buffalo wings!

Ate in on a Wings Wednesday when it was 50% off wings. Opted for a Meltdown burger with tater tots and 6 Chipuffalo Wings with Chocolate Milkshake. Ordering was a breeze with a very nice friendly lady who took my order. It took about 7-8 minutes for a nice platter of hot and tasty food. The 50% off bonus was fantastic. The chocolate shake is thick and creamy and tastes delicious. Will definately be making a return trip at some point.

Absolutely terrible place. Took them 10 mins to take my order even though there were 4 staff behind the counter, most of the staff had the back to us. Took another 20 mins to make the food (kids meal) and when I went to the counter the food was ready but the buzzer wasn’t working apparently. They told me they had sent someone out to look for us, really? In a sea of 100 people at lunch time on a Sunday, oh and the food is still there on the counter. Finally to top it off, the portion that you get for £7, the picture says it all. Would give zero stars if I could, disgraceful.
