I recently visited Drunch for brunch and was amazed by the stunning decor of the restaurant. I would give it a five-star rating just for the ambience. However, I didn't find my food as enjoyable as I had hoped. I admit that I took a risk by selecting something random from the menu, which was a mistake on my behalf. Nonetheless, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They noticed I wasn't enjoying my meal and offered to exchange or refund my money. I did love my choice of drink, though. I guess the main reason why I've given four stars and not five is because of the wait times, which I understand since this place is located in one of the busiest areas in London. Nevertheless, I think they could improve in this aspect, and this seems to be a widespread comment included in many of the reviews for this establishment. Overall, I appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to make things right. I will be returning here again - and making a not-so-random choice!

The service was incredible and very welcoming. Sitting outside had a great atmosphere, however it was difficult to get the waiters attention at times. The coffee and chai were some of the best I’ve ever had. Really rich and flavorful. The food was really good and came out fast.

Amazing food and drink. Service was great. Between us we had Mexican Benedict, full vegetarian breakfast. French toast, lentil soup. Everything was brilliant and sooo tasty.

Nothing special ’a lot of smoke but no fire’. The menu looks great and gives one ample dishes to choose from. We wanted breakfast/ brunch and no one in the area served it apart from Drunch. The restaurant has no more than ten tables inside. And is very small It is very nicely decorated but the prices and food do not match. I ordered the Mexican breakfast which looked ridiculous, the eggs were served on two hash browns ( frozen) and guacamole and no bread at all mere GBP13.45 Our coffees were served with designers names drizzled in chocolate. The vegetarian breakfast was equally mediocre ( GBP17.95) The clientele is a mix of young Arab ladies with their IG photos and other clients hoping to have a nice meal. Service was equally mediocre and the restaurant did not have any vibe/ atmosphere at all. I would suggest the staff would at least iron their uniform. One of the waitresses looked as if she had just woken up and put on the first scrunched up top she found!! All in all I would not come back here. It seems this restaurant is not valuing the food they are serving. They are more interested in Instagram and followers rather than serving good homemade food. The toilets are downstairs in the basement and are nicely decorated too. There is however a serious issue with the pipe work/ smells that needs addressing (a few incense sticks will not fix it) This restaurant is not recommended for wheelchairs users nor young children. Off street paid parking is available

I’ll start with the service, when we arrived the staff were reasonably friendly we were seated promptly and they came to take our orders pretty swiftly. However there were a few issues, firstly the food took a while to come and when it did it wasn’t well timed with food coming at different times, they didn’t seem to have a full menu, no fresh juices and crepes. When we ordered coffees they brought the wrong order although they gave replacements on the house. They also brought a wrong mains, all seemed a bit unorganised. The food was standard, it looked better than it tasted and to be honest a lot of it was a bit bland. The Mexican eggs was literally a poached egg with a jalapeño on it. Has great potential but needs improvement. Probably won’t be returning.
