Ordered from Uber eats today and received a completely different item from what I ordered. Instead of a main meal that I ordered, I received a small side which was not enough to eat, considering I had to wait for delivery longer and it was even more frustrating because the driver couldn’t find the house for about 20 mins! Don’t understand why it’s so hard to double check the order before handing it to the driver. Poor service!

I ordered Chicken Kastu but wanted it with Teriyaki sauce but that was too complicated for the server to comprehend so he gave me Katsu saucexwhich I cannot stand. They should train the workers to take simple orders and follow simple instructions. This has happened .ore than once with this particular man serving.
