When I have ordered from Youme sushi in the past, I am usually not disappointed. However, after coming back from hospital. I decided on a sushi meal and had made order that included spicy tuna maki roles. Unfortunately, these were inedible as the 2 x boxes when opened had a very fishy smell. I did not want to risk any food poisoning and so I had to cut my losses and bin them to avoid getting extremely ill. All other items ordered were fresh and odourless, which indicates freshness. However, the tuna was not! I have to add that YouMe sushi are generally very good and fresh. However, on the day of my order. I really began to question the quality of the food being sent out. It was such a disappointment experience and hopefully it is just a slip up and could have caused serious illness if eaten.

I love coming here! The food is always so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is also really nice — perfect for a relaxing meal. One of the lady is always very helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to sushi places! ❤️❤️

Not a great experience overall. The deliveries on a Friday averaged on 1.5 hours and the maki rolls were falling apart. Even during times where it wasn't busy, the delivery for one person would be on average an hour. Looks under staffed and under experienced. After two attempts of emailing them and no response we decided to buy our Friday sushi from another local shop, which turned out to be excellent. I don't usually like to leave negative feedback, but I hope this helps to improve the shop.

Utterly disgusting. As a sushi restaurant there’s one thing you should never, ever do: overcook the rice. And the one in our nigiri and maki was a tasteless, mushy paste. See the pictures and judge by yourself. Spend your money somewhere else.

Excellent customer service!!! The staff are amazing ( ready to help).. The food is fresh and delicious… my favourite dragon roll... will definitely come back again soon. My best wishes to everyone working in the shop.
