Ordered via uber eats. Missed items from my order and when I called the shop they said the driver has pinched them. Fries came cold but worse of all the chicken burger I ordered was raw and uncooked see pictures. Neither u er or the shop have accepted any fault and I haven’t received any refund.

The food was so so good!! Service was really great too and she helped with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

Visited Slim Chickens Crawley and had a very poor customer service experience. My friend and I ordered two 8-wing meals for dine-in, but most of the pieces were tiny flats. We politely asked if some could be swapped for drumettes. A staff member initially agreed and took the plates, but returned shortly after saying the manager had refused. We asked to speak with the manager, but were told he was “too busy” to come to our table—even though the restaurant was quiet with only a few customers and no one at the counter. After a long waiting, afro-origin man (not wearing a name badge) eventually came over, claimed to be the manager, and refused the request, saying the wings were “already cooked, and can't swap.” He was dismissive and unwilling to have a reasonable conversation. We eventually asked for a full refund, as the experience had been completely spoiled. During this process, he took away the original receipt and refused to give it back. I managed to take a photo of it beforehand. The same issue occurred with the refund receipt—he initially refused to provide it, but after a brief argument, he finally handed it over. To make matters worse, he listed the refund reason as "Input error" on the receipt, which is completely inaccurate. The refund was issued because of the poor service and refusal to reasonably address our concerns, not due to any input error. A simple, reasonable request turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Both meals went to waste, and our visit was completely ruined. Based on the poor service and unprofessional attitude, we won’t be returning and do not recommend this branch.

Stopped by for some lunch and it was great! Huge selection of sauces which we loved and tried 6 different ones. Blue cheese and garlic cheese were amazing! All the food was delicious and so fresh and we left feeling full but not greasy or heavy. Will definitely be back!

This is a must try if your ever near by! the place offers you really big dishes whatever you buy and it tastes amazing. The atmosphere is nice as it plays music and has a lot of seating areas. The service is good they give you time to order and are kind. I came here a couple of times and we only got one because it was so filling
