It was just awful I used to order it quite a lot a couple years ago and decided to get it again but it’s gone so downhill I ordered some strips and wings and the portion size for the strips was basically half a chicken breast cut into 5 skinny pieces and then burnt on the grill till no moisture was left I thought it couldn’t get worse then I tried the wings they were so black and burnt and smothered in this sickly rich sauce the taste was so bitter from it being burnt but then also disgustingly sweet when I didn’t choose a sweet sauce it was vile also it took about an hour to come I’m definitely not getting it again not sure what happened it used to be a lovely business

Amazing food. Well worth finding this hidden gem. The customer service was very nice. Reasonably priced for London prices and very good food portions. Shop was clean and had a nice seating area. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

This is a great designer burger, quality grill place. The lamb chops are absolutely mouth watering. For me this is their star offering. Not that the burgers any less. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are ever in Addiscombe... this is a must try.

Back a few years when I lived near the area, I had ordered takeaway from hot spot grill a few times and always enjoyed it. Back then I had tried the burrito, lamb chops, wings and burgers and it was all pretty good but my favourite thing by far the chilli cheese fries and fish of the day. So I was recently in Addiscombe and thought I’d try hotspot grill again for the first time in two years and I only ordered the fish and chips with an upgrade from normal fries to chilli cheese fries and it was honestly so so delicious. I’m so sad that I don’t live nearby anymore because the food is good and very affordable, I 100% recommend here for a good takeout.
