There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things. The portion sizes are very good. It will fill you up. I found the sauce almost overpowering, but still tasty. They use an ordering system. Which is unusual for a chicken shop. The food takes a while, as it seems to be cooked from scratch. I like the fact the food was plated, because i said i was eating in. Restaurant was kept clean and had a customer toilet, despite the size of the restaurant. However, despite being busy, the seating area downstairs was closed. They were very helpful with my no carbohydrates request and adapted my meal accordingly. I was quite happy with this branch, despite it not be my preferred fast food choice.

I had an amazing experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri! Ealing broadway The food was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked, but what really made my visit special was the excellent service from Haroon. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — Haroon is a real credit to the team! Highly recommend this branch for both the food and the fantastic staff.
