I called the guy I kept on calling he ignored me after 20 minutes after they took my order waited 15 min for food he was filling my drink up he filled it up and left came back acting like nothing happened and the food had to muchhh saladd and it was to much 🤢🤮very bad customer service and rudeness I wanted food and look ughhhh

I usually love Pepe’s!!! I always go to the Wembley central one. This one is a disappointment. Anytime I’ve ever gotten wings they have been juicy and delicious. These were insanely dry. NOOO SAUCE AT ALL. Not spicy. I got a chicken and rice and it was DRY. The chicken was so dry I almost threw it out. It was overcooked with ZERO sauce. Learn from the Wembley guys…

You can’t go wrong with Pepe’s always a 10/10 especially this branch which has been in Ealing for a long time. Staff are friendly and the food is great. 5 stars!

Place is nice and clean but the positives end right there. Everything else is awful. Ordered 18 wings, only to be give flat bones with little to no chicken. With the miniscal amount of chicken on each wing it was dry and overcoocked with no sauce. Been to many other locations and have never been disappointed. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Asked for additional tissues and was told its one per person. Absolutely absurd. Will not be visiting again.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered spicy rice and an extreme bbq sizzler. It looks like they forgot the sauce as it tasted bland. The bun was dry and definitely not from today. Avoid this branch ..
