⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💰 Price / Value for Money – Very good Compared to all other options in Terminal 2, this was the best place for eating, drinking, and spending time before a flight. Prices are lower than other places in the terminal, with a huge menu and very good quality. Tip – If you like sweet cocktails, try the Lychee Martini or Shanghai Prohibition. Both are well balanced with a light vodka taste. ✅ Would I Recommend? Yes, absolutely - Large variety of food and drinks. - Food is served very fast (within ~5 minutes). - Udon with seafood wasn’t beautifully presented, but very tasty. - Cocktails were excellent and nicely served. - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Even though almost all tables were occupied, there were no queues—tables free up quickly as people come and go. - Other restaurants nearby had long waiting lines. 🌍 Our Background – Adult tourists were waiting for a connecting flight.

Shan Shui Chinese Kitchen at Heathrow offers a surprisingly calm and quiet atmosphere compared to the usual airport rush, making it a pleasant spot to relax before a flight. The service is fast and friendly, and while some dishes were a little dry, the overall quality is decent with standard airport pricing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the beef in black bean sauce stands out as particularly tasty, making it a reliable choice for a quick and comfortable meal.

My partner and I ate here on the 14th Nov 2025 before catching a flight. The food was good, expensive for medium-sized portions but that’s always the case at airport restaurants. The Nasi Goreng was a bit of a let-down as it didn’t have much flavour or spice but we really recommend the dumplings! Moreover, the service from Glann Divina was fantastic. She was attentive to our needs and service was quick. We were travelling to Goa, India and she even took the time to write down her recommendations for activities and food. This really made us excited for our trip, so thank you, Glann!

A good option in terminal 2. Food was tasty enough, served quickly and priced appropriately. I enjoyed the satay in particular but have to say the spring rolls were disappointing.

A perfect spot to sit back and enjoy your food while you wait to board. We had the chicken fried rice and beef stir fry. Both were delicious and generous quantity. Service was friendly yet quick.
