DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! FIRST TIME HERE and I can say its a absolutely waste of money kinda upset that I spent £6.10 on a small brown sugar latte and it was horrible 😫 really regret it as it was not worth it had a pump of brown sugar a shot of coffee with 75% of normal milk and a scoop of tapioca wasn't nice please avoid not worth £6.10 at all even Costa and top brands charge less with extras and this is a standard shop. Did ask the member of staff as they had a promotion on for selected drinks for £3 did ask if it could be changed and if I could add the tapioca separately for a EXTRA CHARGE but said it was to late and didn't ask and I suppose it was fair but NOT WORTH IT FULL PRICE!!!!

Its really good.. If you are into bubble tea and drinks then definitely try it.. I loved it.. so did the children.. To start with I would like to thank Maysoon a lot.. such a professional lady.. very patient and helpful.. Thanks to Aisha too.. Drinks taste good.. Love the fact that they have small size cup available.. Some accessories and soaps available for purchasing too.. Place is clean and hygiene is taken care of, which is great..

Overall, it’s a decent bubble tea spot with potential, but more consistency and a smoother ordering process would really improve the overall service.

Most delicious bubble teas! I was served by Aisha and she made the best teas I’ve ever had from here! The white chocolate matcha is simply delicious, as well as the seasonal menu! Will be coming here again!! 🤍💚💗

i order the bubble tea surprise bag every week and as per the conditions on the app it says you will receive up to 2 bubble teas of a mixed flavor of whatever is left or needs to be used up at the end of the day in store, however this store repeatedly gives the same Milk tea and a raspberry fruit tea every week without fail. These are not what they want to use up the store workers are making this on my arrival at times and giving me the same flavor when really it should be different every week and there stock to use up should differ.
